Although many of you have been on Facebook for sometime now, it seems more and more of us have found our way there. To help find our classmates there are two specific groups you will want to join on Facebook. The first group is the Choctawhatchee Senior High School Class of 1981 and the second group is Choctawhatchee Alumni

We are currently working on the next Reunion to occur in 2011!
The Reunion discussion takes place on the ChoctawClassof81 Reunion2011 group.

Important post will be made here on our website as decisions and plans are made for the Reunion.

We are always looking for input on the next Reunion, so let us hear from you!

For any of you scrap-book fanatics, I would REALLY appreciate your taking a few minutes to locate your High School Album.  I am looking for that little book they gave us with all the classmates` addresses and phone numbers.  I believe it was pale green and about 5 1/2 inches by 8 inches.  With that, I can research where the missing classmates lived back then, find any relatives, and follow the trail to present day. I only have the little yellow booklet from our Junior Year and you`d be surprised how many people were moving in and out of our class back then.   I know many are laughing at this idea – a far stretch you say!!  But I would bet someone out there has what I am after.  I will copy it, and return immediately.  Did I mention you will be a hero!?!?!  Well in my eyes for sure!  I only have a short list of  stubborn Lost Indians left to find. Help me gather everyone into the fold , so everyone can be included in the future Reunions.  Please see the below article.  Thanks so much!

A number of classmates are on www.facebook.com   Make sure to list Choctawhatchee High School `81 as your high school so you can look at who`s on the site. Thanks  to Dale Applegate for keeping this site going and all the updates!!  He lists himself as Tech Support on here, but for all he does, I think “The Man” more appropriate !!!  He keeps this site up at his time and expense….Please thank him if you get a chance.

Thanks,

Les

Halloween Rules:

=> When it appears that you have killed the monster, *never* check to see if it’s really dead.

=> Never read a book of demon summoning aloud, even as a joke.

=> Do not search the basement, especially if the power has just gone out.

=> If your children speak to you in Latin or any other language which they should not know, or if they speak to you using a voice which is other than their own, shoot them immediately. It will save you a lot of grief in the long run. NOTE: It will probably take several rounds to kill them, so be prepared.

=> When you have the benefit of numbers, *never* pair off and go it alone.

=> As a general rule, don’t solve puzzles that open portals to Hell.

=> Never stand in, on, above, below, beside, or anywhere near a grave, tomb, crypt, mausoleum, or other house of the dead.

=> If appliances start operating by themselves, move out.

=> If you’re running from the monster, expect to trip or fall down at least twice, more if you are of the female persuasion. Also note that, despite the fact that you are running and the monster is merely shambling along, it’s still moving fast enough to catch up with you.

=> Do not take *anything* from the dead.
