Note: We will be escorted as a Group from the Media Center to the Gym. You can register for the Weekend after the Pep Rally and Pick-up your T-Shirts.

Registration for the Weekend in the Cafeteria (right side of the School by the Bus Ramp)

5:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m.
Pre-Game Meet and Greet in the Choctaw Cafeteria

BBQ in the Cafeteria

Your Name Tags (ID Badges) your recieve at Registration will be your
Tickets to every event - Don’t Lose Them!

We will be escorted as a group over to the game, however, if you don’t come to the BBQ and Register for the Weekend, you can enter through the PASS GATE, front left of the Stadium. Your name will be on the list if you are a paid registrant of the reunion.

If you bring family members to the BBQ and Game, you must buy their ticket to the Game. The Name Tags will be given to everyone who is a Paid Registrant for the Reunion. All other tickets to the Game must be purchased seperately.

Saturday Morning, September 30th
SLEEP IN!!!!! ZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ

10:30 a.m., Huge Beach and Pool Party!
Gather at the Sheraton 4 Points on the Island (accross from the Emerald Coast Conference Center).
Coolers for drinks (some beer provided) - Games for the Kids (Big and Little) - 60′ x 30′ Tent - 2 Pools for Swimming. ( Lunch is available at the Hotel )

5:00 PM
Viewing of Table Presentations
At the Emerald Coast Conference Center Accross Highway 98 from the Sheraton 4 Points.

It is a Jimmy Buffett party, so dress with your best Parrott Head outfit. No shoes required (just kidding)!  It is a casual beach affair, so put some comfy beach outfits on and dress your parrothead best! 

5:30 p.m. , Cocktail Hour

6:30 p.m. , Dinner and Presentation

8:00 p.m. , Midnight
Live Music, Jones and Company will entertain.

Sunday, October 1st : After 10:00 a.m.
“Farewell”….rendevous at the beach tent. non-formal goodbyes around pool…long-weekenders & locals might stay and finish-off leftovers!!!
