Gary Alan Radar Hutcheson, 45, a longtime resident of Fort Walton Beach, Fla., passed away unexpectedly Nov. 24, 2007. Gary was born a twin Feb. 14, 1962, in Biloxi, Miss.
Gary Alan Hutcheson, 45, of Fort Walton Beach, died Nov. 24 as the result of an all-terrain vehicle (ATV) crash that took place Nov. 22, on a private trail off Rodgers Road in the Woodlawn area.
In Gary’s youth, he was involved in the Boy Scouts and Good Shepherd Lutheran Church’s youth group. He was a 1982 graduate of Choctawhatchee High School. Gary worked for White Sands Bowling Center for nearly 20 years. He was an avid bowler, pool and dart player for many years. Gary will be remembered for his unforgettable smile and witty sense of humor. He was notorious for his compassion and selfless acts for anyone in need of help. Gary is survived by the love of his life, Cheryl Montalvo of Fort Walton Beach; daughter, Andrea Watson, and her husband, Mike; granddaughters, Salena and Morgan; parents, Leonard Hutch and Elaine Hutcheson of Fort Walton Beach, Fla.; maternal grandfather, Arthur Hohl of Fort Walton Beach; twin brother, Steven Hutcheson, and his wife, Linda of Calera, Ala.; brother, Ty Hutcheson, and wife, Dawn of Milton, Fla.; sister, Sherry Kruschke, and husband, Gary of DeFuniak Springs, Fla.; eight nieces; four nephews; and a host of other family members and friends. A memorial service will be at 10 a.m. Saturday, Dec. 1, 2007, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church with the Rev. Ray Angerman officiating.
