Charles Anthony ‘Tony’ Hennecke passed away suddenly on Jan. 25, 2013, at the age of 49. Tony was born in Arlington, Va., on Feb. 4, 1963, and had resided in Fort Walton Beach, Fla., for the past 38 years.
Tony graduated from Choctawhatchee High School in 1982 and attended Mississippi State University. Tony worked in the construction industry for many years with his brother at H & B Concrete.
All who knew Tony will miss this easy going, generous, and caring man that always put others first. Tony was a kind heart, always a friend to everyone he met. Tony loved watching college football (especially Florida State), spending time with his family, boating, going to the beach, and enjoying oysters. Tony was a hard worker and was liked by everyone he knew.
Tony is survived by his mother, Teresa Hennecke; sisters, Deborah Brooks, Dawn Oliver and Janice Pace; and brother, Gregory Hennecke. Other relatives include nephews, Hilary Brooks, James Pace and Zachary Hennecke; nieces, Sydney Oliver and Sarah Pace; brothers-in law, Jeffrey Oliver and Brian Pace; and many other extended family members and friends.
He was preceded in death by his father, Charles Edwin Hennecke.
As per the family’s request, there will not be a viewing but a celebration of life to be announced at a later date.
